Djerassi Resident Artists Program is not open to the public. An appointment, invitation, or reservation for the Sculpture Hikes is required to visit the property, artist facilities and sculptures. Keep in mind that cell service is extremely limited on the mountain. Use Google Maps—other navigation systems often do not work. Remember to print the map and instructions before driving out to the Program.

Directions to the Djerassi Program and the Administrative Office

Bear Gulch Road West is a narrow, winding, one-lane mountain road with two-way traffic. Drive slowly. Watch for turn-offs and wider areas to accommodate oncoming traffic. Vehicles going uphill on a steep grade and those pulling trailers have the legal right of way. Once on Bear Gulch West, turn your lights on, hug the right side of the road, and be prepared to back up when necessary.

The address to the Program is 2325 Bear Gulch Road, Woodside, CA 94062.

The address to the Administrative Office is 2650 Bear Gulch Road, Woodside, CA 94062.
